Dr. Ford has been a full-time university professor and has been involved with many failure investigations, structural assessments, the design of large complex buildings, and structural research.  He has authored nationally recognized structural engineering papers and is frequently sought after for challenging structural projects, many of which involve designing repairs for buildings that have structural problems.  Dr. Ford is a Past President of ACEC Oklahoma.
