Michel D. Thompson, P.E.

Mr. Thompson has extensive knowledgeable in the more sophisticated areas of structural analysis, such as reliability engineering, design with carbon-fiber reinforced polymers, structural optimization, anti-terrorism force protection, progressive collapse, finite elements and dynamic analysis.  He has completed extensive course work conducted by the entities responsible for writing and maintaining the government’s current standards on the implementation and applicability of anti-terrorism force protection and progressive collapse standards.

Mr. Thompson has performed as lead engineer or project engineer on a number of design projects including the design of a unique test facility for Halliburton’s Duncan, Oklahoma facility; the new parking garage and building addition for the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City; and new buildings and renovations to several buildings on the Oklahoma Air National Guard campus in Oklahoma City.
