Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hargis worked as an engineer for a consulting engineering firm, a large architectural and engineering firm, a steel fabricator, and as the Chief Engineer for a firm that fabricated ornamental railings and curtainwall systems. At ZFI, he has been the lead project engineer on many large complex projects, including: the Chrome Plating Shop Renovation at Tinker AFB ($29M) and several cold storage food distribution warehouses, such as the one for V.I.P. Foods in Maui, HI ($10M). Mr. Hargis also performs condition assessments and other investigative engineering functions.
