Leadership Square
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
This project is a distinctive downtown office building on Oklahoma City's skyline. The firm was in charge of 90 percent of the structural drawings and full construction observation services for this project, which was a joint venture with Grossman-Keith Engineering.
The 21-story north tower and the 17-story south tower are connected via a 5-story atrium space. The 110 foot clear span atrium has a stepped roof clad in glass with steel trusses and a steel space frame spanning between the trusses, creating an airy inviting lobby, complete with restaurants, a bank and retail shops.
Two stories of underground parking complete the project.
Construction Cost: $49 million
