The new 1,000-student school was designed to accommodate grade levels 7-12 and is constructed on a new site. The learning facility includes new classrooms, science labs, graphics labs, Jr. ROTC facilities, special education classrooms, business and career-tech classrooms, a cafeteria, a library, an auditorium, music and choir classrooms, two gymnasiums, athletic training rooms, and athletic fields. The building is a two-story structure at the classroom areas and a one-story structure at the administrative, cafeteria, media, music, and athletic areas. The building structure is a combination of load bearing masonry and steel framing and features a main entrance that rises from one to three stories in height.
