The new 1,450-student high school was constructed on the existing school site. The learning facility includes new classrooms, science labs, graphics labs, special education classrooms, ESL classrooms, business and career-tech classrooms, a cafeteria, a media center, an auditorium, music and choir classrooms, two gymnasiums, and athletic fields. The building is a two-story structure at the classroom areas and a one-story structure at the administrative, cafeteria, media, music, and athletic areas. The building structure is a combination of load bearing masonry and steel framing.
